This is kinda weird ....Does anyone else have rust at the last part of the rocker before the cab corner and no where else??
Door on drivers side and back of rocker panels on both sides before the corner is the only rust on this thing....the whole bottom of the drivers door looks like crap...passenger looks new at the bottom..ordered a NEW full door from ford.. full door was 530.00... skin would have been 338.00...for 200 more bux I will take a new door with zero rust......

the whole bottom of the door looks like this

 

No rust on mine, although I do have a tear in the sheet metal on my bed that I've tried to repair 3 times now.

 

Both of my front doors are rotted all the way through. Now the wheel wells on the bed are going. Prob going to get some new doors and put lips on the fenders.

 

550 for a new ford dealer full door seems reasonable,i need to look into them if i ever get my motor finished and in

 

Anyone used mills supply parts before??
Went to the dealer to check on the rocker panel cost and it seems it comes with the whole corner to the cab from bottom to roof for a lilttle over 430.00....or I can get the part from mills supply for under 60.00
