2000 Ford E-250 HVAC only working on High

Hello,

I own a 2000 Ford E-250 and the heat/A/C blow out at high and barely at any other speeds. I have replaced the blower motor resistor but still experiencing this issue.

Any other ideas to fix this issue?

Question

Might be the blower speed switch. Or else the resistor you replaced is bad?

How can you test to see if resistor is working correctly?

So you're asking where the blower speed switch is located? If you don't know why did you replace the resistor network?

Switch is the funky **** you turn to change speeds....You need to remove the dash Bezel to do this.....It is not easy without breaking parts....Do you live in a warm climate ? If the answer is NO then you need a heated garage....You will need to know how to disconnect the Headlight switch...( Ford Magic ) and ALOT of patience....I have done it a few times ....a couple of times it was not the switch......BUT you already changed the resisitor ...SO....it is either the switch or the harness ( Wiring)

Sorry but this is still very unbelievable or at the least highly suspicious in nature........ Its like asking "where's the steering wheel located?"

That being said here's what you're looking for:

Not sure if this is a real question or one thats supposed to get a rise out of us.

Lets assume its a real question.

The blower speed switch is on the dash in easy reach of the driver, for controlling the air flow out of the dash vents.

It might have failed, shorted, or become partially disconnected.
