V10 coolant leak

I have a coolant leak at the rear of the engine, leaking onto the rams horn. Is this most likely from the rear water pump entry? What would fixing that entail?

I think that hose goes under the manifold, I saw a fix in here about 2 years ago..............do a search.

I had a leak that would drip onto the ram's horn, turned out to be the intake manifold gasket. Could also be the heater pipe as well that runs under the intake. Here is the thread on me figuring it out and getting it fixed including figuring out what to buy:
