Stream video through SYNC/Mytouch via Bluetooth adapter or phone adapter cable???

Stream video through SYNC/Mytouch via Bluetooth adapter or phone adapter cable???
Ok, been commuting 2 hours each way for the past month in my 2013 F250 and I've had to much time to think.... Here is my idea/question.
How could I stream videos from my phone through my SYNC/Mytouch screen via Bluetooth?? Do they make a Bluetooth adapter that connects to RCA inputs?? I've done some research with no luck.
I know in order to watch video on my screen I will need an adapter.
Any advice or suggestions? Is this even possible???
