2005 Explorer Little to No Reverse, Forward Good
My 05 Ford Explorer with a 5R55S Transmission Shifts out very good in drive and runs good in all forward gears. Reverse only works at all when the oil is cold, at times you can hear something pulling in and out in reverse. Need any Ideas that that anyone has in regards to the problem, how to check it or how to fix it. HELP!

Found It Thanks
Well I had to go this alone when I removed the pan from the transmission there was a 1/2" X 1/2" X 1/8" metal on the magnet. Removed the reverse servo and found the reverse band pusher arm was broken. The positive side of this I feel this can be repaired by removing only the transfer case then removing the retaining shaft.

Sounds exactly like the repair I just had done..
It sounded like a rear-end clunk every time I put it in reverse, I could give it some gas and it "Might" engage for a brief moment then it would dis-engage. Drive appeared to work ok, but I didn't want to get stranded... so I had it towed in.
