Got a problem finding a rebuild kit or at least some of the parts to rebuild the manual box in my 1976 250 x4 .Any ideas where i could find anything would be awesome.Thanks Craig the Ford number is D6TA-3504 HA1on the box and the casting number is378CCOO8

The 4WD manual boxes weren't nearly the PITA to work on that the integral power steering boxes were.
Parts for the manual boxes were sold over the counter, unlike the power steering boxes which, other than a few hardware items, were only available as sub assemblies and complete boxes.
Below is an exploded diagram of the manual box. Let me know which parts you're looking for and I'll see if any are still available.
