2004 f350 4wd won't engage (no dash light)

My 4wd doesn't engage on my 04 powerstroke. The dash light doesn't come on. I replaced the relays, switch, and 4wd module, I checked the fuses, all fuses are good, but fuse 31 DOESNT get power to it. The voltage at the relay block reads 12v with the fuses out, but drops to around 7v when they're plugged in. I have no power to the Tcase (.15v). I'm stumped and frustrated. Any ideas?

Still fighting this damn thing. Replaced the shift motor in hopes that the sensor may have been bad and interrupted the current, but still no dice. Suggestions please?

Sorry you haven't had any response. I've attached the relevant section from the '04 shop manual. Have you had the truck scanned for codes with a tool capable of reading body codes?

That is awesome, thank you so much! I haven't had it scanned yet, probably something I need to take it to the dealer for?

Either a dealer or a shop with a scanner. Or, better yet, find someone on THIS MAP with a scanner. I'd help you out, but your IP puts you a long way from me.

Dang, no one is within 300 miles away from me. All I have is my SCT tuner/scanner for my truck.

Really wish I could offer some better advice, but without knowing what the BCM is seeing wrong any guess would be a shot in the dark.
