Truck Problems and the Answers
As this forum has an absolute wealth of knowledge from the folks on here;would it not be nice to hear the FINAL conclusion to a posters problems ?? Even for the entertainment value of reading a post from the initial question, to the diagnosing, then not to have a eventual ending or conclusion it is a bit of a let down at times. Kind of like reading the newspaper, going to page 12 for the rest of the story & finding page 12 missing. I think just a "yup, that fixed it" or "gave up ,had to burn the ol'girl" would be nice and give a guy/reader a bit of closure. Folks put their time into answering,an original poster should be courteous enough to take the time for a final result. Just sayin'....

(Watch your toes here folks) I feel and it seems like a lot of times and for the most part, once its fixed who cares....its fixed. They never come back to close out a thread they started.
I realize people have jobs, life's, families, hobbies that are not just Ford truck related (boring) and in general better things to do. But SO DON'T WE ALL......Even though it seems at times I have nothing but time get on here and hack away. lol
WE all would appreciate some follow up or closure of the thread to know WE as a FTE group, are giving what advice, good, bad or otherwise?
Plus its nice to know when I can clean up my User CP section and unsubscribe to all the dead threads out there.
And we all know that fmc400 is the man when it comes to all things electrical, and you better own a multimeter. lol
And ND is 99.999% never wrong, but I am looking for that 1%. JK ND lol.
And if ya burn it, post a pic. Sure tap into that headlight wiring for your radio power.

Paragraphs are our Friends!
Another head scratcher, somebody will sign up, ask a question. Somebody else with a lot of experience or the same problem who has a clue will give a detailed, logical and methodical procedure on how to troubleshoot/fix the issue.
No, that'll never do. For one thing, why spend 12 bucks on a voltmeter! Plus, the guy's brother in law, who used to work on hedge trimmers in the 70s thinks it's something completely different, and then to add to that the guy thinks (this is required apparently) says it's probably the carburetor.
He doesn't like the answers he gets so then goes "shopping" for a different opinion in three other forums, possibly different handle, spamming the board, massaging the question, leaving out crucial details, spraying logical errors and non sequiturs far and wide. Eventually he goes away, but not before copping an attitude and deciding we're all a bunch of A-holes.
No, I'm not bitter.
