Was a passenger side kickplate manual vent ever made for dentsides?

Obviously all Ive ever seen is the fresh air intake for both the ac and manual heater trucks on the passenger kick plate panel... but I seem to recall some older fords did have them available on both sides...

If I removed the ford heater (manual) or ac unit (which I have done in several of my dentsides) and replaced them with vintage air units it would be nice to have a kickplate vent instead of covering the hole with a block off plate

Anyone?

Thanks

I don't see why you wouldn't be able to cut the hole to fit and stick one from the drivers side in there
