Well, the elephant in the signature that no one is talking bout looks like the "live tuning" to me. After six transmissions and four engines, I'd be looking long and hard at that tuning.
The stock tuning might not be a bad deal to consider. As I approach 15 years on my original unmodified 4R100, I can't help but think your tuning is throwing you and your wallet under a big Buckzooka bus. I've changed the trans fluid a few times, and the filter twice. That's it. And as for the motor... never once popped a valve cover on it in all these years, not even to drop a quarter in the UVCH. So it isn't like this drivetrain is that failure prone.
And many other people have the mods that you have (well, maybe not 238 injectors) So what is different and unique about your truck that causes it to eat parts?

I just went through an almost identical scenario as you except I'm still on the original motor and had the transmission rebuilt (225k miles).
If I had to do over again I would go with the BTS transmission and Valair TC, Valair I bought is good for 500HP. Only Brian can tell you how many HP his tranny is good for.

First two engines were on stock sticks and stock tuning, as well as first 2 transmissions. 400k on truck now. No doubt that the added hp is killing my trans, along with the 38" tires. It will/can light them up on dry blacktop at will. I'm sure the torque has alot to do with the repeated trans failures.
