fuel pump

yesterday the new fuel pump quit my old one lasted 30 years this one 200 miles maybe I should go back to elect if so what brand is good

The pump that failed prematurely was likely made in China. I have been using a Carter electric and it has worked well.

I use a Carter electric as well. Mine is a daily driver and I have between probably 4000 and 6000 miles on it so far.

Stay away from Holley Red. They suck. They'll leave you stranded every 1000 miles or so.
