How bad of an idea is it? I can literally pick up an almost complete F-250 6.0L Powerstorke for less then a Cuumins with a tranny. The only things missing off the truck is the bed, interior and doors. Cab is crushed. Truck can be driven home. No title. So, I know it is not the best diesel motor available... But what are the exact issues with the engine itself? Next... With a complete donor, how hard will it be to complete this swap? Thanks for any input.
