ficm swap
I have a 2006 6.0 with a no start condition. Can I safely replace the ficm with the one off my 2007 6.0 to check if that is where the problem lies?

Yes you can, it will set a code (u0306? soft incompatabilty) but will not turn the CEL on.

odds are 06 to 07 wont even set a code.
