What's with this new idle smoke?

So I put exhaust (3"dp/4"back) on my '95 last weekend and noticed this week that it sure seems to smoke a lot more when I fire the truck up cold and let it idle. Does this make any sense at all? We are not talking about crazy amounts of smoke here, just a slight hue of which I never noticed before the exhaust swap. Once I drive the truck it goes away. I have a clean runner, it does not smoke under load what so ever and there isn't soot inside the pipe. It's stock minus the 6637 and exhaust. Thoughts?

Thanks.

One or more glow plugs probably going bad, or either the valve cover gasket inside - outside connections plugs to the gasket. Not enough information to be more specific.

Yeah I was wondering if that along with no muffler (baffles) could be the difference. I'll make a video later today and post up to show exactly what I'm talking about.

Thanks guys.

So the truck has sat for 3 days and I started it today and took this vid. (click below) This is what it does. The camera angle was perfect, however it makes it look like it smokes much more than it really does. I honestly feel as though before I put the exhaust on the truck it didn't do this! Can that possibly make sense?! As soon as I put some heat into the engine it goes away and until it sits for a long time it wont do it again. If I go out and start it tomorrow morning it wont smoke a bit. If I go out on Thursday it will. Until I drive it. Appreciate all the help, I'm still learning the ropes of these diesels.

Seems normal. Mine does that if I don't drive it . the cat was sucking that up I'd bet on it.

My truck does the same thing. Has since I bought it. And it really really stinks.

Don't start mine cold next to the house!
I thought it was just burning oil. But it doesn't burn any. And new stage 1 rosewoods so nothing to do with the injectors. Plus it did it before the rosewoods stock too.

Completely straight piped btw.
