For the life of me I can't get the egr cooler hose to slide onto the cooler supple port. This is a new blue hose and I have tried everything I can think of and nothing works. I have the flat edge up and I pull and push with all my might and it will no slide on. Is there something I missed here. Read on interesting. I brought this 2005 Ford F350 in Neb and I live in Colorado Spring CO.. Diesel must be inspected before u can get it licensed here. When they say it had no EGR cooler it failed inspection. So I had to take out the egr delete and put in a new system. Its been a lot of fun. Now I'm stuck with this egr hose.
