overheating issue on 85 f150 351 windsor
my truck has 160000 miles on it now for the last year im having trouble with overheating radiator garage replaced fan & clutch said radiator looked ok didn't work he said maybe head gasket had that tested its ok have new 195 stat & water pump still same deal drive around 5 miles and temp keeps climbing flushed heater coil & radiator several times same deal I only drive truck 2 miles to work and back home no problem but when I go longer she heats up sometimes actually blows water out any ideas or anyone heard of this?

Replaced the 'fan & clutch'? Or replaced the 'fan clutch'?
Fans & clutches came in both forward & reverse rotation, according to the engine belt type. The wrong rotation parts will cause overheating.
But because the overheating began before the parts changes, maybe the radiator (although flushed) is still the problem.

Start the engine... is the fan sucking air from the front grille, through the radiator and across the engine? If so, that is correct.
If it's blowing air from the engine to the outside through the radiator and grille, that's backwards.
A leak-down test will usually show a blown head gasket (which can leak gases into the cooling system, thereby over-pressurizing it and causing it to spew forth readily).
