overheating issue on 85 f150 351 windsor

my truck has 160000 miles on it now for the last year im having trouble with overheating radiator garage replaced fan & clutch said radiator looked ok didn't work he said maybe head gasket had that tested its ok have new 195 stat & water pump still same deal drive around 5 miles and temp keeps climbing flushed heater coil & radiator several times same deal I only drive truck 2 miles to work and back home no problem but when I go longer she heats up sometimes actually blows water out any ideas or anyone heard of this?

Replaced the 'fan & clutch'? Or replaced the 'fan clutch'?
Fans & clutches came in both forward & reverse rotation, according to the engine belt type. The wrong rotation parts will cause overheating.

But because the overheating began before the parts changes, maybe the radiator (although flushed) is still the problem.

Overheating while sitting still is usually airflow related, overheating while moving is usually water circulation related. Also check timing.

Both the fan blade and clutch were replaced I hope they would have instAlled the right parts do you know how I would check for proper rotation?

Start the engine... is the fan sucking air from the front grille, through the radiator and across the engine? If so, that is correct.

If it's blowing air from the engine to the outside through the radiator and grille, that's backwards.

A leak-down test will usually show a blown head gasket (which can leak gases into the cooling system, thereby over-pressurizing it and causing it to spew forth readily).

Alot of could post here. Do you have the fan shroud still? I'd also check the fan clutch and be sure you are burping the coolant when adding it.

Wasn't thinking before responding this morning overheating problem was happening before fan blade & clutch were replaced checked anyway it's right shroud is still on and test was negative for exhaust gas in coolant when I changed water pump system was ran to make sure all air was out

I would nevertheless do a leak-down test and look for bubbles in the radiator, a chemical-detection of exhaust gasses isn't entirely reliable....

Thank you guys for responding I will do the leak down test and leave you know what we find thanks again
