Need antenna

My antenna broke. I can buy a replacement from a couple of places (costs around $75 to $100) - but I'm wondering if there are any alternatives to the factory style. I don't have a problem spending the money for an OEM replacement. I just want to know what options there are.

Would a power antenna fit in the stock location? Was there a factory power antenna option?

Whatever I do I need to use the stock location (as there is a large hole in the cowling and four small holes for mounting screws).

Thanks

The local auto stores sell cheap ones. They also sell electric ones.

I am pretty sure I have an extra one [OEM; manual]. You can have it for the cost of freight.

P.M. me.
