Brake advice for 01 EB 4wd

Hi All!
I upgraded to a nicer boat (16.5 deep v) and will now be doing a lot more towing. And my front brakes need to be replaced. What do you guys recommend?
On amazon they are selling Callahan drilled/slotted rotors and ceramic pads for like 140 bucks total, but I've never heard of them.

Here is the link
Amazon.com: Callahan [ 4WD ] Front Performance Drilled/Slotted 307.6 mm [2] Rotors + [4] Quiet Low Dust Ceramic Pads Kit CFXPA20077: Automotive Amazon.com: Callahan [ 4WD ] Front Performance Drilled/Slotted 307.6 mm [2] Rotors + [4] Quiet Low Dust Ceramic Pads Kit CFXPA20077: Automotive

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
