Fuel pressure on the low side of acceptable range

Been trying to troubleshoot a misfire. KOER is 32 psi, KOEO is 30 psi. Range is 30-45 from my research. Truck runs good, but can get pretty doggy and sputtery at times. Just wondering if its possible that the mediocre pressure could be falling and causing the stumble/misfire. Or should I say its good where its at and look elsewhere?
