I've had my '04, F250xlt for a few months. It has electric windows and locks, but not the remote module for use with keyless entry.

Has anyone ever installed the remote module? I'm wondering if it is as easy and connecting the module to the plug-in port under the dash.

The local dealer was not interested in helping me with parts or any assistance. I've found a number of different unit PNs searching eBay and aftermarket.
