I Have a 1992 F150 5.0 with push button 4 wheel and it's not working. I click over the key and the orange lights on it don't lite(thought my old truck lit for a sec at first start up). I swapped a switch in and still nothing. I have power at the switch also, I ran the self test on the 4x4 module in the passenger side kick panel and it passed. Pushing the 4x4 buttons on the dash and nothing clicks or anything on the 4 wheel module or transfer case . What should I do or where should I start? Also checked the single fuse I think #12 and it's good.

 

Check see if your getting power to motor on transfer case

 

Transfer case motor. Mine did the same thing last year.
