Cold start up icp and ipr

I started my truck up today after sitting a couple weeks and fired up just fine. Right now I have the scan gauge on icp and ipr. And I noticed that at idle they were way off from normal. Ipr was around 23% and icp was around 1800 or so. I let it warm up and defrost the windows for 30 min and checked the sg again and it was normal. I'm guessing it was just because the oil was really cold, and the injectors were not getting enough oil. Can someone explain why it works like that?

It's been out a couple times this winter with no problems. I just noticed the sg readings this time though. But I figured it had to be the oil. I may just change it and see if it does it as bad.
