2015 F150 to be pre-fitted for snow plows?

I just thought of this a couple days ago after remembering a problem. At my dad's work they had a 1994 F250 XL standard cab long bed 8' Western Plow with a 351 Windsor. Sometimes during the winter when it was maybe just below 30 outside and they had the plow on, the engine would over heat. How they got around this was either by lowering the plow a little bit or by having it angled one side or another.
Will the 5.0L F150 have this same issue too or not? I'm not sure if it is caused by a smaller radiator (it was stock size) or the plow blocking air getting through the radiator.
I asked a guy just today at the store, I had actually followed him since I was going to the same place and asked him on his '10 2500 Chevy why he had his plow a nearly 4" off the ground and he said that if it was all the way up, it would over heat. His truck had a gas V8 in it.
This isn't always the case, 99% of the pickups I see on the road with snow plows they have them all the way up. Not sure how many of you guys have had this problem but I'm throwing it out there from a past experience.

We have only had a overheating issue on a 150 that didn't have a plow package but it wasn't very common. The issue is more with the fan, if either it us to small or if the clutch isn't upgraded. A snow plow package truck should have no issues.
I had a problem once out plowing in a snow storm that turned to ice as my grill filled up solid. I chipped it out and the temp dropped immediately
