I had an HPO leak / no hot start, I did find the culprit was an upper injector seal (as BLADE called it). As part of my "paranoidness" I have decided to replace all O-rings in the HPO system I can. Even though the nipple O-rings tested good they were a WHOLE LOT looser then the new ones I put in. I decided to take a short video to show what I mean.

I am not going to leave an old one in there to see how long they would last with that much slop, but with that much difference I am not sure if they would have made to 300k.
