My 1999 F250 7.3 2x4 Super Duty left front blinker does not work subsequent to this problem non of my blinkers work neither left nor right. All running lights work, all brake lights work, all fuses are good, when i put on the flashers all work but the front left and on the panel the only light flashing is the right green turn signal arrow. I have replaced front left with a new bulb and cross checked to make sure the bulb installed is infract working. How do i pass my annual commercial vehicle inspection without cutting any wires or buying a new vehicle?
