heat exchanger??

i want to make my own exchanger. Where do i buy cores & end tanks. I can build end tanks but dont where to get cores?????

PLEASE HELP!!!!

I wished I could help but am really curious to see how it works out for you. My 05 is non intercooled with the single screw eaton they have used for years. Roush made a intercooler upfitter kit but at the time it was 3k...not sure if that helps at all. Water/meth injection would be your easiest and cheapest solution to lower intake temps.

i got a 2.3l whipple that i welded 2 lightning intake and welded an adaptor plate. It has the internal intercooler. but i'm putting this into a 66 f100. So i want to make sure it will fit and a nice placement
