1957 cab roof replacement

I have a 1957 F600 farm truck. The cab is in real good condition except for the cab roof. It would appear at some time in its life some one was frequently standing on the cab roof to load hay bales or something. Is it hard to cut off and replace a cab roof or am I better of finding another cab? I'm not after a show truck, but would like it to look decent. Thanks.

It will be far easier to find a good roof than a good cab and much cheaper. I know of about 6 cabs with good roofs, but the floors are gone. Depending on where the damage is determines how hard. It would help if you post a picture.

It has been a few years since I saw them, but two were big window, I took the SS trim off them.

I have a cab with a good roof (small window). The bottom half is about ready to fall out. The roof is about the only good thing on this cab. I am in Southeast MN. I might even be willing to give it away. Here's a picture, of course now it is just a bare cab no glass, doors, wiring, or anything else bolted onto it.

Thank you! That is very kind but MN is a haul from here. I might need to go to Jackson this spring. Will drop you note if I haven't found one by then.
