Truck Serial Number Help

Guys Im looking at the FICM Label for it theres a Couple different numbers

I did read the 6.0L Bible
It states the Engine Build date would be in it

But the sticker on the FICM says 02/03/2003

But I know from the VIN# that Engine wasn't built until 03/17/2003

SO Guess I need to Find the Stamp on the head

OR I am looking at the wrong # on FICM sticker

Anyone Know the Number I should be looking AT OR REALLY WHERE???

The whole deal is seeing what International will get me a HPOP For and every Part # I gave them for a HPOP said it was a good part Number But Restricted for some reason

The Guy at International said if I could get the Vehicle serial number he might be able to Look it Up that Way

I see this a lot with International parts But WTF is SO HARD about it

Could the 2/03/2003 date be the engine build and the 3/17/2003 date be the truck build?

My parts sheet shows the ITEC # for the early HPOP to be 5010106R93. Not sure if that is the number you need though.

I also have this number:
2591022c91
http://www.competitiondiesel.com/for...p/t-45987.html

and 1843045C92 and 1843045C91 --------------------> Looks like 1843045C92 is the correct Navistar part # for your HPOP

Edit - I also thought that the date on the FICM was in European convention (ie: day / month / year)

Giving international the vin number for your truck won't be any help. The Ford dealer is a different story.

I bet your Right Mark Engine Build vs Truck Build Dates

The DATE I have in my SIG Below was Truck Build date IIRC I gave that Vin# to Ford and that's How I got that so I assume truck Build date

I honestly didn't think about 2 different build dates

Here is the Numbers I gave INTERNATIONAL and he was able to pull Both FORD Part# and International Part#s he did say they was GOOD Part#s but kept coming up Restricted

3C3Z 9A543 AARM / 5010106R93---------------------------------HPOP(High Pressure Oil Pump) 2003/Early 2004))*
4C3Z 9A543 AARM (Late Build 2004)*

Going to call them with your Part#s and give it a SHOT

THANKS MARK

Will report back my findings

Good luck Benny - hope the International guys help you out.

I have been wanting to track down the actual "1843045C92" number for the early HPOP for quite awhile - just couldn't remember to do it when I had the time - until now.

Hey I will report my Findings on that Number
"1843045c92"

I hope it works the International parts I have managed to get have been Cheaper price then Ford so

And I don't have the money for the Diesel site HPOP right now so got to make due

Thanks Mark

I will try to call them tomorrow and track it down and Post back my Findings Seams like most guys I seen here trying to get a HPOP from International get all messed up with these Numbers. I just cant believe the Internat parts guy cant figure it out once he knows VT-365 or VT-285 whatever it was

BUT Just out of Curiosity isn't International Version of the 6.0L the VT-365??
