I had a 6.0
I had a 2007 late run 6.0. Loved the truck to death. I looked for 2 months for the same truck and could not find one. I got a good deal on a 2009 King Ranch so i bought it.
The 2009 has a million times better interior. The truck also drives a lot better. But the DPF sucks. I am about to delete mine.
The 6.0 there is way less hoops to jump through to get the truck badass. If you like what you have Bullet Proof it and keep it.
