The transmission cooler is a direct bolt in with trans line adapters from 3/8 to 1/2. From what I have read on the intercooler iit will bolt in. New boots will be needed and maybe some minor tweaking to get it in. I also read that with a 25 to 75 degree lower egt it's hardly worth it...
In that case I would say you have nothing to loose. You need a intercooler anyway you might as welll go with a 6.0. There will be a added expense to chanage the boots.I woulld flush a used 6.0 transmiission cooler before intalling it..
I would think that the radiator would fit, but you might have hose fitment issues. I just don't know for sure. Never seen anyone even discuss a radiator swap between a 7.3 and 6.0.
