Box compartment and glove box, lock issue!
Ok so I have a 76 F250. When I bought the truck I didn't get the key or keys for the box side compartment or the glove box, the guy didn't have them. Ive had this truck for almost a year now and I have yet to get into those locked boxes, and there is stuff in them !!! Is there any way I can get into the compartment and the glove box without a key ? is there any way I can get the locks or boxes open without breaking the lock ??? Any help will be appreciated .... THANKS

One way to gain access is to break thru the fiberboard from the bottom with a crowbar or some other tool...
Once you have the fiberboard out, then you can collapse the latching mechanism from the inside of the box.
Replacement glove box's are available to replace the one you just trashed...

A good lock smith should be able to get you right in either, the glove box key is the same as the ignition key I believe.....or maybe the round end key??
A well placed flat tip thru the bottom of the glove box and you should be able to pop the lock. I'll see if I can get you a pic of what the tab looks like.

After going and getting a lockable glove box lock, you need the round end key and locked or not you can depress the tab but....it is on the top, not the bottom.
The first pic is from the bottom up and my finger tip is the lock tab on the underside of the dash.
I am sure you can figure out pic 2 (lock is upside down though) and 3 is how it latches.
Since the glove box is paper you could get a hand thru it and in there and use a stubby flat tip and pop it.
Lock smith for sure on the side TB.
