Ah ok. I have a photobucket that I used for another forum. I'll just do that.

The dash lines up but the left main bracket doesn't agree with the cab. I'll report what I do about that. Also. The steering column bracket at the firewall is different and requires attention because the column shimmies

Ok dash is in. For the left main bracket, I drilled a small hole and put a larger bolt to self thread itself.
I pulled the vac lines and put them in the new style connector for the a/c.
The plugs for the cargo light, cab lights and done light are all different. So I'll need to wire those up in the future.
Unfortunately I have like a 4" body lift. It doesn't look as goofy as I thought. Looks like you would need a 3" to barely clear the frame. Is there anything dangerous about tall body lifts? What's the general consensus on it? Should I be worried?
New core support is being installed tomorrow as my old one was rotted. Got some 38" tires for it. I kept manual doors. I got a police lightbar for cheap that I'm buying amber lenses for. I like the look of a lightbar up top.
Still need a Dana 60 front and some springs. I'm flipping the rear shackle bracket for my rear lift, aka running the shackle in compression.

Ok. So FYI the core support for a 94 obs doesn't fit a 87-91 without modification. It involves cutting out a 1x1 squads from the top left/right of the core support so the fenders clear. Then you have to cut out the space for the headlights to recess into the core support.
I got the fenders, hood and doors all aligned and bolted on. Just left with the grill/headlights and the interior. Then I can move on to the flatbed.

I haven't worked on it for a week or so but I'm starting again. I have the whole body bolted on and buttoned up.
I'm using Kia Sedona captain chairs which are a nice grey. They are the middle row of seats on the Kia. I already have the drivers side bolted on and it is very comfortable.
Bought a supposedly good injector pump and I'll be installing that today to fix my hard starts and no hot start issue.
Looks like I'll be ubolting the flatbed to the frame.
Also bought some cargo lights for the flatbed. Everything is coming along soon. It's going to my body guy pretty soon for paint.

Better pictures and after the Dana 60 swap.
I need a custom bumper built to accommodate the body lift and hold a winch.
I like the arb bumper for the jeep cherokee. I'm going to have someone make me the same bumper but larger so it fits my truck.
