radio speaker

Was wondering if anyone could tell me where I could get a correct radio speaker for the original radio in my 65 ford truck. Thanks!

These are supposed to work good. about 1/2 way down the page.

Tried them last week, said they were sold out, call back in a few weeks. Kind of wanted to get it going sooner!

Take the original radio speaker to Radio Shack and match it up.

Truck parts catalog lists two different 5" x 7" speakers. One has 2 mounting holes, t'other has 4.

And you may not have a 5" x 7" speaker. Parts catalog also lists a 6" x 9" speaker with 4 mounting holes.

I know nothing about radio speakers, but I read to be sure and use the correct ohm speaker. 8 ohm I think is what I remember reading and what about watts, how many watt speaker do I need for an original radio? Thanks
