Kick down seal C4
Hello there again!
My plan is to eventually put a 4 speed in my 70 f100. I currently have an automatic c4 that us leaking pretty bad out of the kick down arm.
A friend of mine says that this seal is relatively easy and inexpensive to replace. He also says I can do this myself. Do you guys agree? Do I need a special tool? Anything I should l should be aware of before I try this?
Thanks
Craig

can easily be changed from the outside. The seal D5AZ7B498A will cause you to drop the pan. There is a nut on the inside that holds the Shift Shaft in.
