Reinstalling Lower Control Arm and Torsion Bar (forgot to mark the bars)

I have a 2000 F150 4x4 5.4. I love my truck! In the process of rebuilding the whole front suspension, I replaced the lower control arm bushings and ball joints. The problem I have is I did not mark the location of the torsion bars like I was supposed too. Now I'm putting them back in and I'm not sure how to set the position of the lower control arm. I bought a Chilton manual and it does not tell how to set it back up right if you didn't mark the torsion bars in the first place, like I didn't do. I tried putting the T bar and control arm back in and now it does not look right and I'm afraid to crank the torsion bar up and break something.... PLEASE SOMEBODY ANYBODY HELP ME!!! I have youtube and searched the forums trying to find how to reinstall these parts and I cannot find anything!!!!
