I have 2001 F-150 SuperCrew 4X4 and it's time for new shocks all the way around. It's shocks are OE and I'm no expert on shocks. I need some suggestions on what is a good replacement. I do a lot of "on-road" driving and sometimes hit the seasonal roads up north. I don't want a real stiff ride. I'm thinking about Ranco RS5000 series shocks, any thoughts?

I have always had good luck with the Gabriel Gas Ryder LT's. They are a heavy duty gas shock but still give a good ride. An added bonus, they have a lifetime warranty and are available at Auto-Zone. Jimmy
