99 Ford Diesel running rough

I have a F250 Superduty Turbo Diesel 7.3. Was low on fuel and stared running rough check engine light came on, did not run out of fuel. Drained water fuel separator , replaced filter. ran KOEO tests, codes p1271,1272, 1293, 1294. Ran pinpoint tests. Said bad IDM (injector driver module) Got reman IDM from Auto Computer Exchange. Installed would not even start Reran tests code p1293 redid pinpoint tests, bad IDM again. Rechecked all wiring, checked voltage to IDM,battery Voltage, Voltage to injectors right bank 4.3 left bank 1.6, checked fuel pressure 43 psi KOEO. Replaced IDM again from same source. Now still will not start and have codes p0276,1271,1272,1276,1293,1294. Rechecked all wiring and grounds, OK. I'm retired ford tech with 20 years working at a ford shop, last 6 years working drivability. What am I missing or just bad parts?

When you rechecked all the wiring, did you ohm the circuits from the IDM connector, 42 pin connector or directly at the valve cover? Did you get under the valve covers and make sure the harnesses are connected properly? It's a common issue on these engines to have them work loose over a long period of time.

Do all injectors pass the buzz test?

I ohm tested all the wiring, & wiggle tested all the connectors. Checked under left valve cover. Can't run a buzz test due to my aftermarket tester that I have. Don't think that would work anyway because I only have 4.3 volts going to left bank.
Any futher advise would be very helpful.
