Origin of these graphics?

I've never seen these graphics on an F250 before. Did they come from Ford or are they aftermarket?

That's what it looked like to me but wasn't sure. Thanks! I don't really care for the design. What would it take to remove them and restore the stock two-tone paint?

No, they are just vinyl decals. Not difficult to remove.

To remove all you need is a little heat and a finger nail.
Well it never works out that easy. But it's not so bad.
They also make a spray.
After there are off you may want to go over the paint with
some very mild rubbing compound and re-wax it.
