rough idle and a interment miss

My truck does this weird thing if you coast down a long hill at speed it will miss when you get back on the throttle, clears up within a few seconds. It also idles rough after its warmed up but smooths out the longer it idles. I just did the in tank mods about 1000 miles ago and have all of the other smooth idle fixes, hpx, frx, I run power service fuel additive for lubrixate. Truck pulls fine makes good power and decent fuel milage. But I'm sure it isn't going to get better on its own. Also I have done the 50 cent mod and it does have a hint of white smoke on start up if it has sat for a few days.

What's your thoughts?

I am shooting in the dark but I would suspect either ICP or IPR without any real data.

Fuel additive may aid a sticking injector, a good synthetic oil can help, clogged fuel screens can be an issue, and I suspect air in fuel - Hutch mod may be an answer.

Hutch mod is done already, talked to clay he also said maybe icp. So I pulled the connector on the ICP and its oily, nice since I put it on last October, and its a motorcraft. So that's a good place to start.

Evelyn Wood got me there... sorry. Bad ICP already? Ick. I wonder if the HPOP is getting weak... a weak HPOP can set up a scenario where you get big spikes in oil pressure and this can stress the oil system.

Fuel additive can still help as well.

You removed the Quick Disconnects with that Hutch mod?

Yes I removed the quick disconnects when I did the hutch mod.
I'm going to replace the ICP and if it goes out again guess I'll have to get something set up to monitor oil pressure
