Transmission issue? downshifting at odd times

I have notice maybe a dozen times in the last few weeks that my 2013 5.0 Screw downshifts at odd times. It usually occurs while coasting around 35-40 mph (in 4th gear and downshifts to 2nd gear) or around 50 mph (in 5th gear and downshifts to 3rd gear). Obviously when this occurs, the rpms jump and when I get into the gas, the truck takes a few seconds to accellerate because it first must shift into the next higher gear. Any ideas on what is causing this?

I got the same problem on my 2010 4.6l 3v 4x4. Seams like every 5000 miles the transmission needs to be reprogramed. I'm due for an oil change have to get it in for a program update. Often when you let off gas then apply gas the transmission wit be in between gears then you get a slam. Like in neutral then shifting into gear with gas applied.
