Led taillight wiring ??? Need help!!

Ok I bought some led tail lights to install in my 1954. I have a 12vwire harness so that's not a prob. My issue is how do I wire it i have two wires for each taillight coming of the harness but each led taillight has 3 wires??

A pic would be great, but I'm guessing that one wire is ground, one is for tails and one is for brakes. Should have come with a diagram.

Hope it helps!

The ones I got from Napa also have the same 3 wire color code. On mine I used the white for ground, I dont know where I put my home made schematic. You will also need a electronic blinker if you use all LEDs, or resistors on filement bulbs . I used all LEDs wich made it easy, but im not that knowageble, mixing LEDs and filament, resistors.

White is ground.
Green should be the blinker/brake.
Black/Brown should be the tail lights. You can check this easily by comparing the brightness of one vs. the other...all you need is a hot wire/bat post, and a ground/-bat post.

Good luck!

Peace,
Jim

Watson's Streetworks has the whiz-bang-hands-down fis for this. $9 gets you the parts and instructions that do the trick, you will also need the LED compatible flasher from the NAPA store, I think it's a #557
