MAF problem

Would a bad MAF sensor make the truck run super rich. My 95 f150 with a 5.0 will lug bad like fouled plugs but if I get it to drop a gear and get the rpms up it will run fine for awile. Also does anyone know why it likes to stall if in reverse and have the wheeles turned real sharp.

It's possible the MAF sensor is part of the problem, but the most likely cause is the O2 sensor(s). I'd recommend pulling the trouble codes.

The codes where pulled after all this. All it had was 2 MAF sensor codes and a tranny code. The trans was just rebuilt so that shouldn't be it. But I'll get the codes pulled again and get back.

Remove and clean your IAC, it may help with the low idle and stalling.
