Please help!

Okay so a few days ago my 1987 bronco 2 2.9l started making a loud metal to metal noise when i tried starting it, finally got it started came back out next morning did the same thing for 2 more times. Then my ignition siezed up. i got home later that day and decide to toy with it. replace the starter and the starter silenoid and battery conections. Well i couldnt turn my key more than half way. So i started taking my column apart and found that my lock actuator was only going 2/3s of the way. so i tried to force it and broke it. now the power is constantly on and the ignition is like it is turn over constantly without a key. I triend to hot wire start it through the actuator housing and all it does is the starter silenoid just clicks doesnt even crank.
