Removing paint from seat upholstery

Well as the title says, I need to know if it is possible. It is dried on and I have no idea what kind it is. It is a junkyard seat cover I grabbed yesterday.(only $4) I am in the process of cleaning and restoring a bench seat for a friend, and grabbed two bottom covers. One had a lot of grime, almost all of which I got out, but there are some really set in spots. The other was almost perfectly clean, minus several small dried pain spots on it. I am basically gonna throw on whichever one turns out better, just want to know if the paint can be removed.

Find a janitorial supply store that carries professional carpet cleaning supplies. Look for Prochem, Bridgepoint, CCI Pros Choice, or Hydramaster chemical lines. The store can help you with the products needed to try to get the paint out. interlinksupply.com can help you locate a supplier.

Try some cloth-friendly solvent and some upholstery cleaner: Leave some solvent over the paint drops for a couple hours, then rinse with the cleaner.

If it is dry, it is hard. and the fabric is flexible, just scrape the paint off, SOME of the fuz will come with it, but you will not really be able to notice it

Tried scraping. Only got a small portion of it out. It is really deep in there. Tried goo-gon, paint thinner, acetone, carpet cleaner. Nothing worked. Gave up on it and finished up the other cover I had for it. I am pleased with it.

Went from this:

To this:

And they are bing traded for these and the console:

Well I had the fabric off the foam while I was doing it. I was referring to just the fabric. Guess cover isn't the right terminology. Seat upholstery? My bad.
