my pmf reverse shackle install.

my pmf reverse shackle install.
Let me begin, by saying Trevor's kit ,is a work of art. Perfect welds, fitment, and ease of install.I started lubing all bolts with pb blaster 2 weeks early.
That was a huge help. I only cut one bolt out.
I bought my F 250 new in 97, blew up a couple IFS 50's and installed dana 60 kingpin
2 years ago. My biggest mistake was leaving the same neg arch springs in it. Road terrible.
Which brought me to this .
Installed new reverse shackle hanger-crossmember. Bolted up perfectly, very tight fit, which is a good thing. Installed supplied bolts. Drilled front shackles out to 3/4" as well as front , v code spring bushings. Bolts are way cheaper and readily available as opposed to 18mm.
Reassembled, new u bolts, needed longer shocks, and the driveshaft has to go due to vibration issues.I'm thinking it just needs stock f 350 with cv at end. I turned brackets for brake line upside down and didnt need new lines. Did rear shackle reversal to get it close to level. Needs about 2 more inches for rear , block, etc. ! But I'm waiting for b code springs to level it. 38" at front wheel well to 43.5", with pmf 2.25 kit! Oh and my diamond plow setup, still works! Ride?? Yes it's worth it!!!
