What is This Sensor?

As many of you know I am building a 5.8 for my truck and in the process I am replacing every sensor on the motor. Well I have one I unscrewed from the intake manifold and I have no idea what it is. Below is a picture. It is eat up with carbon.

Looks like the Air Charge Temperature (ACT) sensor.
