2006 Ford F350 6.0l

I have been stuck with a no crank, no start issue.

I pulled the glow plugs out, they where soaked in oil, i turn the key over and glow plug number 7 shot fuel out.
What is the problem here?

Sounds like #7 injector problem. I would pull it and inspect for broken or cracked tip, could be just o-ring (copper washer) leaking, or a injector cup in the head (worst case). Just a small amount of fuel in the cylinder can hydrolock and cause a no crank.

On edit: it's not unusual for glow plugs to have oil on them when you take them out. Look back down the hole they came out of closely and you will see why.

 

I just had the injectors changed 2 months ago.

I hope it's not the sleeve. How would i know if the injector is bad or good, if it's stuck open? with it not having a cracked tip.

edit: It sprayed out so hard when i turned the key over

And it's normal for oil to be on the glow plugs?

 

Also how do i get the fuel out of the Cyl?

 

Pull the gp's and crank the engine over.

 

Any warranty on injectors or work?

 

not going to be a cup, replace injector and holddown
