as my truck idles thiers no blue smoke but if i hit the accelerator it will throw some blue smoke then go away when i drive it it doesnt blowby jus at acceleration could it be a leaking turbo???????? 1996 f350 by the way

does a chip make it not smoke?

 

A chip will make the truck take advantage of the mods you have done to it and make it run better and yea you can make it not smoke with a chip

 

i forgot to mention it has a burnt oil smell when it smokes

 

I'd start looking at the turbo

 

i nver messed with a turbo what would i do/look for?which chip is best for our trucks?
