Hub Centric, Nut or Stud Centric. What Years?
Guys, I've installed a Dana 70 from a 1969 F350 C&C under my 1949 F4. The Dana 70 had the 16.5" nut / stud centric wheels which I want to replace. I have a couple of the nut / stud centric 16" wheels, need a couple more.
What years will I find the nut / stud centric wheels?
What years will have the hub centric wheel?
Did the hub centric come along with the Sterling axle?
Can I run the hub centric wheels as a pair on the Dana axle if I use the correct lug nuts?
And as always, TIA.

Hello.. not sure how accurate this info is..Just went through this with a buds early 80's cab and chasis.. I believe the changeover year to hub-centric is 1984.
We had a truck with all the wrong wheels on. It needed the nutstud centric wheels.
Hope this helps.
Then somewhere in late 90's the bolt pattern changes to a metric dimension.
